Payment & Refunds
Payment Information
We accept membership payment by credit card, using the payment link to PayPal. If for some reason you have issues paying with PayPal, then please contact us and we'll arrange for an alternative.
Payments are only accepted in Australian dollars.
Insurance
A very important part of your WAKSA membership is the Public Liability Insurance that it provides. Here are the details on the policy held by AKSA covering all members of state kite surfing associations such as WAKSA.
Incident Notification
It is important that all incidents that may give rise to a claim are reported to us as soon as possible after the event. This will enable Insurers to carry investigations at an early stage whilst information relating to the claim remains fresh in the mind. This will also ensure that you are complying fully with your policy terms and conditions.
